Pistachio Porridge

Creamy, nutty, and fruity all at once. This pistachio porridge is a perfect start to the day. Prepared in just 10 minutes, it combines warm oatmeal with sweet applesauce and crunchy toppings.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 100 g rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 400 ml oat milk (gluten-free) (1)
  • 350g applesauce
  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter (optional: Organic ProteinSpread)
  • 4 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
  • 1 handful pistachios
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 pinch salt
Pistachio Porridge

Preparation

  • Cook the gluten-free rolled oats according to instructions with a pinch of salt and gluten-free oat milk (1).
  • Pour the applesauce into a bowl, add the porridge
  • Then refine with coconut yogurt (1), pistachio butter, pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and blueberries.
  • Enjoy warm.
