Pancakes with apple-cinnamon cream cheese

Pancakes for breakfast are a real highlight!
This low-histamine pancake with apple and cinnamon cream cheese is quick and easy to prepare – perfect for a delicious start to the day.

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the pancake

  • 180 g spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour or applesauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil for frying

For the topping

  • 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optionally, add a suitable jam or fruit puree (here blueberry).

preparation

  • Mix the spelt flour together with the water, flaxseed and a pinch of salt.
  • Then heat some coconut oil in a pan and bake the pancake until golden brown.
  • Enjoy with oat cream cheese (1), quick berry jam and a handful of blackberries or blueberries.
