Pancakes with apple-cinnamon cream cheese
Pancakes for breakfast are a real highlight!
This low-histamine pancake with apple and cinnamon cream cheese is quick and easy to prepare – perfect for a delicious start to the day.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the pancake
- 180 g spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour or applesauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 350 ml water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
For the topping
- 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optionally, add a suitable jam or fruit puree (here blueberry).

preparation
- Mix the spelt flour together with the water, flaxseed and a pinch of salt.
- Then heat some coconut oil in a pan and bake the pancake until golden brown.
- Enjoy with oat cream cheese (1), quick berry jam and a handful of blackberries or blueberries.
