Pan-fried Margherita pizza

  • Knead the spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder and the low-fat quark into a dough.
  • Roll out the roll into an even circle on a floured work surface.
  • Cook in a coated pan over medium heat until golden brown, then turn over.
  • Spread the baked side with the organic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot and distribute mozzarella and a little salt on top.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and bake the base of the pizza until golden brown.
