Pan-fried Margherita pizza
This delicious low-histamine pan pizza Margherita is perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients for a pizza
- 75g spelt flour
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 100g low-fat quark
- 1 jar of organic vegetable spread, carrot & beetroot
- 50g grated mozzarella
- Salt
- 1 handful of basil for decoration

preparation
- Knead the spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder and the low-fat quark into a dough.
- Roll out the roll into an even circle on a floured work surface.
- Cook in a coated pan over medium heat until golden brown, then turn over.
- Spread the baked side with the organic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot and distribute mozzarella and a little salt on top.
- Cover the pan with a lid and bake the base of the pizza until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh basil.
