Oriental Millet Porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g millet
- 100 ml mango juice (1)
- Frozen pomegranate seeds
- 6-8 dates
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 1 sprig of mint

Preparation
- Wash the millet and cook with water according to instructions, then let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Then stir in some mango juice and refine with pomegranate seeds, dates, pistachios, and mint.

For a low-fructose variant, omit the mango juice and replace it with a small amount of blueberry juice, for example. You can replace the dates with low-fructose fruit.
