Rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar

This low-histamine rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar is perfect for the Christmas season and makes a simple yet delicious breakfast. It goes well with a fresh persimmon or an apple.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 800 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
  • 50 g vegan butter (1)
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 persimmon

preparation

  • Cook the rice pudding according to the instructions.
  • Then arrange on a plate and drizzle with melted vegan butter (1), cinnamon, sugar, and cardamom. Persimmon goes well with this.
