Rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar
This low-histamine rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar is perfect for the Christmas season and makes a simple yet delicious breakfast. It goes well with a fresh persimmon or an apple.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 g rice pudding
- 800 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 50 g vegan butter (1)
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 persimmon

preparation
- Cook the rice pudding according to the instructions.
- Then arrange on a plate and drizzle with melted vegan butter (1), cinnamon, sugar, and cardamom. Persimmon goes well with this.
