Melon Smoothie Bowl
How about a cool, fruity, delicious, low-histamine melon smoothie bowl? It's perfect as a breakfast for hot summer days or as a snack between meals.

Ingredients for one serving
- 1/4 honeydew melon
- 200g frozen mango (1)
- 70 ml almond milk (1)
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tbsp organic grain muesli

preparation
- Cut the honeydew melon into cubes and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Blend the frozen honeydew melon and mango (1) as well as almond milk (1) and spirulina in a blender.
- Serve with blueberries, organic muesli and passion fruit.

You can try the smoothie bowl with any fruit you can tolerate. It's a great alternative to ice cream. Simply put the fruit in the freezer briefly and then blend it with some almond milk.
