Swiss chard on sweet potatoes with burrata
A delicious low-histamine recipe with Swiss chard and sweet potato, served with burrata. This dish is perfect as a beautifully presented appetizer or a tasty main course.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 Swiss chard
- 1/2 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1.5 sweet potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- 2 Burrata
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Clean, wash, and finely chop the chard.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sweet potato slices on it.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the Swiss chard for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with acerola juice, salt, and paprika.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and arrange them on two plates.
- Distribute the chard on top and add one burrata to each.
- Season with HistaFood organic herb salt and serve.
