Mango Sticky Rice
Creamy, fruity, and wonderfully exotic. This Mango Sticky Rice is a simple dessert with a special flavor. Quick to prepare and pleasantly sweet, it brings a touch of vacation feeling to your plate.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g Basmati rice
- 400 ml coconut milk (1) or plant-based milk (1)
- 4-6 tbsp maple syrup
- 160g mango (frozen) (1)
- 150ml water
- 2 tsp shredded coconut (1)

Preparation
- Cook the rice according to instructions and sweeten with maple syrup.
- In parallel, briefly simmer the mango (1) in a pot with a little water.
- Arrange everything, garnish with shredded coconut (1) and enjoy.

For a low-fructose version, you can use blueberries, for example, and replace the maple syrup with tapioca or rice syrup (in small amounts).
