Turnip carpaccio with fresh goat cheese and parsley oil
This vegetarian and low-histamine turnip carpaccio with parsley oil is not only a true culinary delight, but also quick and easy to prepare. Ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the carpaccio
- 4 turnips
- 1/4 bunch of radishes
- 50 g cress
- 150 g fresh goat cheese
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp acerola juice
- 3-4 sprigs of parsley
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ tsp honey
- Salt

preparation
- Wash, peel, and thinly slice or shave the turnips and radishes.
- Arrange the thin turnip slices in a round on a plate and top with the radishes.
- Distribute goat's milk cheese and cress.
- For the dressing, blend acerola juice, parsley, olive oil, honey and salt with an immersion blender.
- Spread over the carpaccio and serve.
