Macadamia oat cookies

You absolutely have to try these low-histamine macadamia oat cookies! They're very quick to prepare and perfect as a sweet snack!

For the cookies

As an egg substitute

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed flour
  • 3 tablespoons of water
Macadamia oat cookies

preparation

  • Mix together gluten-free rolled oats, gluten-free oat flour, crushed macadamia nuts, maple syrup, almond butter or organic protein spread and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix flaxseed flour with water and add to the oat flake mixture.
  • Shape cookies with moistened hands and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) until golden brown.

For a low-fructose version, you can simply use rice syrup instead of maple syrup.
