Low-carb hamburger
A burger without bread? This low-histamine, low-carb hamburger will surprise you! Deliciously light and low in histamine – perfect for summer!

Preparation time

Ingredients for one serving
- 2 large leaves of iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cucumber
- ¼ bell pepper
- 1/2 onion (1)
- 4 tbsp organic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot
- 200g ground beef

preparation
- Form the ground beef into burger patties by hand or prepare them using a burger press.
- Fry in a pan with a little olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Wash the iceberg lettuce and carefully remove two large leaves without tearing them.
- Cut into the stem and then place an ingredient in each corner.
- Fold starting from the bottom left and serve warm.
