Low-carb hamburger

A burger without bread? This low-histamine, low-carb hamburger will surprise you! Deliciously light and low in histamine – perfect for summer!

Low-carb hamburger

preparation

  • Form the ground beef into burger patties by hand or prepare them using a burger press.
  • Fry in a pan with a little olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Wash the iceberg lettuce and carefully remove two large leaves without tearing them.
  • Cut into the stem and then place an ingredient in each corner.
  • Fold starting from the bottom left and serve warm.
