Turmeric polenta with vegetables and organic vegetable spread

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g polenta
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt
- 1 liter of water
- 1/2 broccoli
- 5 carrots
- olive oil
- approx. 140gorganic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot

preparation
- Cook the polenta according to the instructions and add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and salt.
- Chop the carrots into small pieces and simmer them in a little water for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and steam it along with the carrots.
- Arrange everything on a plate and season with olive oil, salt and theorganic vegetable spread Carrot & Beetroot .
