Pumpkin Protein Porridge

Preparation time
5-10 minutes
Ingredients for one serving:
- 40g oat flakes (gluten-free)
- 1 heaped tablespoon of organic protein powder
- approx. 150 ml plant milk (1) of your choice + some water (depending on the desired consistency)
- 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- Sweetener of your choice (e.g. rice syrup or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- Fruit of your choice (e.g. grapes)
- pumpkin seeds

preparation
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a pot and stir until creamy.
- Top with pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds & fresh fruit
