Pumpkin Protein Porridge

Preparation time

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 40g oat flakes (gluten-free)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of organic protein powder
  • approx. 150 ml plant milk (1) of your choice + some water (depending on the desired consistency)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • Sweetener of your choice (e.g. rice syrup or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fruit of your choice (e.g. grapes)
  • pumpkin seeds

preparation

  • Bring all ingredients to a boil in a pot and stir until creamy.
  • Top with pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds & fresh fruit
