Coconut macaroons

  • 100 g desiccated coconut (1)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour (1)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • Mix all ingredients, form into small balls and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until the coconut macaroons are nice and crispy brown.
