Potato Tarte Flambée

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 4 tbsp frying olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 plant-based cream cheese (1)
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • Cress
  • 2 spring onions (1)
  • Organic Herb Salt

Preparation

  • Peel, quarter, and boil the potatoes. Then mash them and knead into a dough with the rice flour, frying olive oil, flaxseed meal, and salt.
  • Press the dough flat with your hands and bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 190 degrees.
  • Then spread with plant-based cream cheese and top with bell pepper and rosemary.
  • Bake again for about 20 minutes. Refine with spring onions, cress, and Organic Herb Salt.
