Potato Tarte Flambée
Hearty, crispy, and satisfying. This potato tarte flambée is a creative alternative to the classic tarte flambée. Prepared with just a few ingredients and versatile toppings, it's perfect as an uncomplicated meal for any day.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 4 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 4 tbsp frying olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 plant-based cream cheese (1)
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- Cress
- 2 spring onions (1)
- Organic Herb Salt

Preparation
- Peel, quarter, and boil the potatoes. Then mash them and knead into a dough with the rice flour, frying olive oil, flaxseed meal, and salt.
- Press the dough flat with your hands and bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 190 degrees.
- Then spread with plant-based cream cheese and top with bell pepper and rosemary.
- Bake again for about 20 minutes. Refine with spring onions, cress, and Organic Herb Salt.
