Potato and cauliflower vegetables with vegan cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 slices of vegan coconut-based cheese (1)
  • 100 ml water
  • Moringa salt

preparation

  • Peel the potatoes and chop them together with the cauliflower.
  • Simmer in a pot of water for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat some water in a pot and melt the cheese while stirring constantly.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and season with moringa salt.
