Potato and cauliflower vegetables with vegan cheese sauce
This low-histamine dish consisting of potatoes, cauliflower, a creamy vegan cheese sauce, and moringa salt is a dream – and truly perfect when you need something quick.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 6 potatoes
- 4 slices of vegan coconut-based cheese (1)
- 100 ml water
- Moringa salt

preparation
- Peel the potatoes and chop them together with the cauliflower.
- Simmer in a pot of water for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat some water in a pot and melt the cheese while stirring constantly.
- Arrange everything on a plate and season with moringa salt.
