Persimmon mousse
Have you ever tried persimmon? Thanks to its sweetness and aroma, you only need a few ingredients. Be sure to try this low-histamine persimmon mousse!

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 persimmons (medium ripe)
- 150 ml cream
- 100g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g pistachios (chopped)

preparation
- Whip the cream until stiff and refrigerate.
- Peel the skin off the persimmon with a knife.
- Cut into small pieces and puree with a hand blender,
- Add mascarpone, maple syrup and vanilla sugar and blend again.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Serve with chopped pistachios.
