Hibiscus berry punch
This low-histamine punch with hibiscus tea, rhubarb, and berries is the perfect refreshment on warm spring or summer days. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 300 ml cold hibiscus tea
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 100 ml rhubarb juice (1)
- 200 ml mineral water (1)
- 20 g frozen blueberries
- 20 g blackberries (frozen)
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of mint
- 4-6 ice cubes

preparation
- Wash the blueberries, blackberries, rosemary and mint.
- Place ice cubes, blueberries, blackberries, rosemary and mint into a large jug.
- Fill the jug with cold hibiscus tea, rhubarb juice (1) and maple syrup, then top up with mineral water (1).
- Serve the punch with ice cubes and a straw.
