Hibiscus berry punch

This low-histamine punch with hibiscus tea, rhubarb, and berries is the perfect refreshment on warm spring or summer days. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300 ml cold hibiscus tea
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml rhubarb juice (1)
  • 200 ml mineral water (1)
  • 20 g frozen blueberries
  • 20 g blackberries (frozen)
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 4-6 ice cubes

preparation

  • Wash the blueberries, blackberries, rosemary and mint.
  • Place ice cubes, blueberries, blackberries, rosemary and mint into a large jug.
  • Fill the jug with cold hibiscus tea, rhubarb juice (1) and maple syrup, then top up with mineral water (1).
  • Serve the punch with ice cubes and a straw.
