Chicken and asparagus stir-fry
Do you love asparagus? Then you absolutely have to try this low-histamine recipe. Chicken breast fillets combined with white asparagus and a creamy sauce. Simply delicious!

Ingredients for 4 people
- 500g chicken breast fillet
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 4 tsp cooking olive oil
- 1 kg white asparagus
- Salt
- 100 ml HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 200 ml coconut milk (1) (from a can)
- Some fresh parsley
- Add some HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce, if desired.

preparation
- Peel, wash, and cut the white asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Cut chicken breast fillets into strips and mix with potato starch.
- Heat some olive oil in a coated pan.
- Sear the chicken strips in a pan.
- Add the asparagus and sauté until crisp-tender.
- Deglaze with HistaFood organic vegetable broth and coconut milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium.
- Simmer for approximately 5-8 minutes, until the asparagus is cooked.
- Stir in the parsley
- Remove from the heat and serve with some fresh parsley and, if desired, HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce.
