Chicken and asparagus stir-fry

Do you love asparagus? Then you absolutely have to try this low-histamine recipe. Chicken breast fillets combined with white asparagus and a creamy sauce. Simply delicious!

Ingredients for 4 people  

  • 500g chicken breast fillet  
  • 1 tsp potato starch  
  • 4 tsp cooking olive oil  
  • 1 kg white asparagus  
  • Salt  

preparation  

  • Peel, wash, and cut the white asparagus into bite-sized pieces.  
  • Wash and finely chop the parsley.  
  • Cut chicken breast fillets into strips and mix with potato starch.  
  • Heat some olive oil in a coated pan.  
  • Sear the chicken strips in a pan.  
  • Add the asparagus and sauté until crisp-tender.  
  • Deglaze with HistaFood organic vegetable broth and coconut milk.  
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium.  
  • Simmer for approximately 5-8 minutes, until the asparagus is cooked.  
  • Stir in the parsley  
  • Remove from the heat and serve with some fresh parsley and, if desired, HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce.
