Green Detox Juice
Green power for breakfast! This low-histamine Green Detox juice, made with apple, cucumber, celery, ginger and cinnamon-basil, is quick to prepare and provides plenty of nutrients for an energetic start to the day.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 apples
- 1 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 1 handful of cinnamon basil

- Put the ingredients in the juicer, pour into a glass and, if desired, add a little cinnamon and basil.

If you don't tolerate ginger well in the morning, you can simply drink the juice as a snack between meals. When consuming it, please be sure to drink slowly and mix the juice well with saliva, as predigestion begins in the mouth.
