Gluten-free oat waffles
These delicious waffles are simply super tasty and airy! With maple syrup and almond butter (1) they are simply irresistible.

Ingredients
- 200 g gluten-free oat flour (1)
- 1 tsp flaxseed flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1)
- 100 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 300 g gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 16 g coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt

preparation
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Preheat the waffle iron and, if necessary, brush it with a little coconut oil.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold, as desired.
