Stuffed pepper rings
These stuffed, low-histamine bell pepper rings are a real eye-catcher on the table. They are quick and easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 8 bell pepper rings
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 spring onions (1)
- 100 g Feta (1)
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 2 sprigs of basil
- Organic herb salt
- fresh parsley for garnish

preparation
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them into 8 rings of equal thickness.
- Arrange bell pepper rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut the remaining bell pepper into small cubes.
- Wash and finely chop the spring onion (1) and basil.
- Mix together feta cheese, cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, grated mozzarella, spring onion (1), basil and organic herb salt .
- Fill the cream into the bell pepper rings and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh parsley.
