Stuffed pepper rings

These stuffed, low-histamine bell pepper rings are a real eye-catcher on the table. They are quick and easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 8 bell pepper rings

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 spring onions (1)
  • 100 g Feta (1)
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • Organic herb salt
  • fresh parsley for garnish
Stuffed pepper rings

preparation

  • Wash the bell peppers and cut them into 8 rings of equal thickness.
  • Arrange bell pepper rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cut the remaining bell pepper into small cubes.
  • Wash and finely chop the spring onion (1) and basil.
  • Mix together feta cheese, cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, grated mozzarella, spring onion (1), basil and organic herb salt .
  • Fill the cream into the bell pepper rings and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh parsley.
