Stuffed oven-baked mushrooms with lamb's lettuce
Hearty, aromatic, and uncomplicated. These stuffed oven-baked mushrooms are a light meal with a special flavor. Combined with fresh lamb's lettuce, they create a balanced dish for everyday.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 large mushrooms (1)
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 50 g lamb's lettuce
- 2 tbsp plant-based cream cheese (1)
- 2 cloves garlic (1)
- Frying olive oil
- Olive oil
- Organic Herb Salt
- 1 sprig rosemary

Preparation
- Fill the mushrooms with the plant-based cream cheese, a little frying olive oil, salt, rosemary, and crushed garlic.
- Then bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Mix the lamb's lettuce and the finely diced bell pepper with a little olive oil and Organic Herb Salt.
- Arrange everything and enjoy.

For a low-fructose version, you can replace the bell pepper with cucumber, for example, and omit the garlic.
