Fried salad with sweet potato mash

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the sweet potato mash
- 1-2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 100ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- Salt
For the fried salad
- 1 head of lettuce (here, lettuce)
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 3 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (1)
- 2-3 sprigs of coriander
- Salt

preparation
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in a pot of water for a good 10 minutes, then refine with coconut oil, milk and salt and mash.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the lettuce, onion (1) and garlic (1) and sauté them in a pan with a little coconut oil.
- Deglaze with organic Asian sauce and water, and season with salt.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
