Baked asparagus sticks
If you're ever in a hurry, you absolutely must try these low-histamine baked asparagus sticks. They're incredibly delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 50 g white asparagus (peeled)
- 30 g finely grated young Gouda
- 3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- Organic herb salt
- 140g Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot

preparation
- Wash and peel the asparagus.
- Place in a baking dish. Mix together olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder and organic herb salt , and spread over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the asparagus.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Instead of Gouda, you can also use grated mozzarella or a vegan alternative.
