Breakfast rolls with rice pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 rice papers
- 250 g pudding rice
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 L rice milk
- 1 mango
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 50 g pistachios
- 100 g cherries (frozen)

Preparation
- Cook the pudding rice together with the rice milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt according to instructions.
- Soak the rice paper in a little water, then fill with the rice pudding, fruits, mint, and pistachios, and roll up.
- For the dip, purée the cherries.
