Breakfast rolls with rice pudding

  • 4 rice papers
  • 250 g pudding rice
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 L rice milk
  • 1 mango
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 50 g pistachios
  • 100 g cherries (frozen)

Preparation

  • Cook the pudding rice together with the rice milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt according to instructions.
  • Soak the rice paper in a little water, then fill with the rice pudding, fruits, mint, and pistachios, and roll up.
  • For the dip, purée the cherries.
