  • Chestnuts (precooked, if tolerated)
  • 1/2 pomegranate or 4 tablespoons of frozen pomegranate seeds
  • 50 ml pomegranate juice
  • 20 ml acerola juice
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Organic herb salt

preparation

  • Wash the lamb's lettuce and arrange it together with the chestnuts and pomegranate seeds.
  • For the dressing, mix the olive oil, pomegranate juice and garlic (1) into a homogeneous mixture.
  • Refine with organic herb salt and enjoy.
