- Lamb's lettuce
- Chestnuts (precooked, if tolerated)
- 1/2 pomegranate or 4 tablespoons of frozen pomegranate seeds
- 50 ml pomegranate juice
- 20 ml acerola juice
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Organic herb salt

preparation
- Wash the lamb's lettuce and arrange it together with the chestnuts and pomegranate seeds.
- For the dressing, mix the olive oil, pomegranate juice and garlic (1) into a homogeneous mixture.
- Refine with organic herb salt and enjoy.
