Spelt tagliatelle with grapes and vegan feta
These low-histamine spelt tagliatelle with grapes, vegan feta, and rosemary are surprisingly delicious and easy to prepare. A great combination of sweet and savory!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spelt tagliatelle
- 40 grapes
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cloves of garlic (1)
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- Vegan Feta (1)
- Olive oil

preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Sauté the grapes in a pan with olive oil, chop the garlic (1) and rosemary and add them.
- Briefly sauté, then deglaze with maple syrup. Arrange everything on a plate and top with vegan feta (1).
