Spelt tagliatelle with grapes and vegan feta

These low-histamine spelt tagliatelle with grapes, vegan feta, and rosemary are surprisingly delicious and easy to prepare. A great combination of sweet and savory!

  • Spelt tagliatelle
  • 40 grapes
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • Vegan Feta (1)
  • Olive oil

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Sauté the grapes in a pan with olive oil, chop the garlic (1) and rosemary and add them.
  • Briefly sauté, then deglaze with maple syrup. Arrange everything on a plate and top with vegan feta (1).
