Spelt tagliatelle with broccoli and lamb's lettuce pesto and roasted macadamia nuts

These low-histamine spelt tagliatelle with broccoli and lamb's lettuce pesto and roasted macadamia nuts are quick and easy to prepare and bring plenty of healthy greens to the plate.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt tagliatelle
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 1/2 pack of lamb's lettuce
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 150 ml water
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • Organic herb salt
  • 100g macadamia nuts
Spelt tagliatelle with broccoli and lamb's lettuce pesto and roasted macadamia nuts

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Chop the broccoli into small pieces and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Roughly chop the macadamia nuts with a kitchen roll and briefly roast them in a pan without oil.
  • For the pesto, blend the broccoli together with the lamb's lettuce, garlic, some organic herb salt and olive oil.
  • Arrange everything on a plate, garnish with the roasted nuts and enjoy.
