Spelt tagliatelle with Asian vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt tagliatelle
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (1)
  • 4 tbsp organic Asian sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • coconut oil
  • Salt
Spelt tagliatelle with Asian vegetables

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan, finely chop the onion (1) and the ginger (1) and fry them in it.
  • Then add the grated carrots, the chopped zucchini, the pressed garlic (1) and some salt.
  • Sear everything, then deglaze with the organic Asian sauce and a little water and cook for a good 5 minutes.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
