Spelt tagliatelle with Asian vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spelt tagliatelle
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (1)
- 4 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- 50 ml water
- coconut oil
- Salt

preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan, finely chop the onion (1) and the ginger (1) and fry them in it.
- Then add the grated carrots, the chopped zucchini, the pressed garlic (1) and some salt.
- Sear everything, then deglaze with the organic Asian sauce and a little water and cook for a good 5 minutes.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
