Spelt spiral pasta with almond and parsley pesto
We love pasta! Today's menu features low-histamine spelt spirals with almond and parsley pesto. Quick and easy to prepare, and always delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spelt Spirelli
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 100 g blanched almonds (1)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 50 ml water
- Organic herb salt
- 2 spring onions (1) for decoration
Optionally as pesto

preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- To make the pesto, blend the remaining ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with spring onions.

Instead of parsley, you can also use other low-histamine herbs such as basil or coriander for the pesto.
