Spelt spiral pasta with almond and parsley pesto

We love pasta! Today's menu features low-histamine spelt spirals with almond and parsley pesto. Quick and easy to prepare, and always delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt Spirelli
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g blanched almonds (1)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • 50 ml water
  • Organic herb salt
  • 2 spring onions (1) for decoration

Optionally as pesto

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • To make the pesto, blend the remaining ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with spring onions.

Instead of parsley, you can also use other low-histamine herbs such as basil or coriander for the pesto.
