Chicken Tikka with Asparagus

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g basmati rice
- 1 large organic chicken breast
- 1 large onion (1)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 1 jar of organic vegetable sauce
- A splash of milk
- Salt
- Green and white asparagus to taste
- A little butter for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
- Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Cut the organic chicken breast into pieces.
- Dice the onion (1) and grate the ginger.
- Add a little butter, along with the onion (1), ginger (1), the organic vegetable sauce, and a splash of milk to a pot and simmer for about 8–10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt.
- Cut green and white asparagus (peel) into pieces and briefly fry in a separate pan until lightly browned.
- Arrange rice on a plate, add chicken tikka next to it, and serve with asparagus.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm.
