Chicken Tikka Masala
Simple and delicious – low-histamine Indian cuisine: Chicken Tikka Masala. Buttery-soft chicken with a delicately spiced sauce. Absolutely divine!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200g basmati rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 jar ofHistaFood organic vegetable spread, carrot & beetroot
- 1 large onion (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml cream
- Salt
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander

preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Rinse the chicken with cold water (histamine is water-soluble), pat dry and cut into pieces.
- Chop the onion (1) finely and grate the ginger (1) and garlic (1).
- Heat the butter in a pot and fry the ingredients together with the spices.
- Then stir in theorganic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot , sauté briefly and deglaze with cream.
- Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a little more water if needed.
- Season with salt, arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh coriander.

For a vegan version you can use, for example, Hokkaido pumpkin instead of chicken – and coconut oil and coconut cuisine (1) instead of butter and cream.
