Chicken Tikka Masala

Simple and delicious – low-histamine Indian cuisine: Chicken Tikka Masala. Buttery-soft chicken with a delicately spiced sauce. Absolutely divine!

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions.
  • Rinse the chicken with cold water (histamine is water-soluble), pat dry and cut into pieces.
  • Chop the onion (1) finely and grate the ginger (1) and garlic (1).
  • Heat the butter in a pot and fry the ingredients together with the spices.
  • Then stir in theorganic vegetable spread carrot & beetroot , sauté briefly and deglaze with cream.
  • Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add a little more water if needed.
  • Season with salt, arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh coriander.

For a vegan version you can use, for example, Hokkaido pumpkin instead of chicken – and coconut oil and coconut cuisine (1) instead of butter and cream.
