Bread with cream cheese and marinated carrots

  • Cut the carrots into thin strips using a peeler and blanch them in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  • Drain briefly, then briefly place in a marinade of acerola juice, organic Asian sauce , maple syrup, olive oil and salt.
  • Cut the bread open, spread with gluten-free oat cream cheese (1) and top with the carrot.
  • If desired, it can be further refined with some fresh parsley.
