Broccoli balls
These low-histamine, vegetarian broccoli fritters are perfect as finger food or a snack. Ideal for your next barbecue, picnic, or as meal prep to go.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150g cottage cheese
- 40 g spelt flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g grated broccoli
- 5ml frying olive oil
- Organic herb salt

preparation
- Wash and grate the broccoli.
- Mix together cottage cheese, spelt flour, egg yolk and organic herb salt.
- Fry in a coated pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
