Broccoli balls

These low-histamine, vegetarian broccoli fritters are perfect as finger food or a snack. Ideal for your next barbecue, picnic, or as meal prep to go.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 40 g spelt flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g grated broccoli
  • 5ml frying olive oil
  • Organic herb salt

preparation

  • Wash and grate the broccoli.
  • Mix together cottage cheese, spelt flour, egg yolk and organic herb salt.
  • Fry in a coated pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
