Cauliflower Sticks with Paprika & Dip

Crispy, spicy, and versatile. These cauliflower sticks are a delicious alternative to classic snacks. Combined with a creamy dip, they are perfect as finger food, a side dish, or a light meal.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 4 tbsp frying olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 80 g vegan grated cheese (1)
  • Salt
  • 125 g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
Cauliflower sticks with bell pepper and dip

Preparation

  • Finely chop the vegetables with a blender or grate them by hand.
  • Mix with flaxseed flour, finely chopped rosemary, salt, and frying olive oil, then form into small sticks.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees in a preheated oven.
  • For the dip, mix the coconut yogurt with olive oil, garlic, and salt.
