Cauliflower Sticks with Paprika & Dip
Crispy, spicy, and versatile. These cauliflower sticks are a delicious alternative to classic snacks. Combined with a creamy dip, they are perfect as finger food, a side dish, or a light meal.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 4 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 4 tbsp frying olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 80 g vegan grated cheese (1)
- Salt
- 125 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (1)

Preparation
- Finely chop the vegetables with a blender or grate them by hand.
- Mix with flaxseed flour, finely chopped rosemary, salt, and frying olive oil, then form into small sticks.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees in a preheated oven.
- For the dip, mix the coconut yogurt with olive oil, garlic, and salt.
