Flowers Focaccia
Focaccia is a super fluffy flatbread topped with colorful vegetables and herbs to resemble a flower bed. This low-histamine version is easy to prepare and looks absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the dough
• 2 small eggs
• 1-2 packs of cream of tartar baking powder
• 300 g quark
• 160 ml milk
• 170 ml cooking olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• Sea salt
- rosemary
- Red pointed peppers
- Yellow bell pepper
- zucchini
- Onion (1)

preparation
- To make the focaccia, knead a dough from flour, eggs, baking powder, quark, milk, olive oil and salt.
- The dough remains slightly sticky. That's absolutely perfect.
- Remove the dough with oiled hands and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Create a flower bed with peppers, zucchini, onions (1) and rosemary.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
