Berry Oat Cream

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150 g oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 300 ml water
  • 50 g cherries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp redcurrant juice
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • Almonds (1)
  • dried physalis
Berry Oat Cream

Preparation

  • Cook the oatmeal for about 5 minutes.
  • Then add the cherries, blackberries, 1 pinch of salt and the maple syrup.
  • Simmer briefly and purée.
  • Garnish with blueberries, almonds and physalis.
