Berry Oat Cream

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150 g oat flour (gluten-free)
- 300 ml water
- 50 g cherries
- 50 g blackberries
- 2 tbsp redcurrant juice
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful of blueberries
- Almonds (1)
- dried physalis

Preparation
- Cook the oatmeal for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the cherries, blackberries, 1 pinch of salt and the maple syrup.
- Simmer briefly and purée.
- Garnish with blueberries, almonds and physalis.
