Ayurvedic date and almond cookies
The perfect snack for on the go: low-histamine date and almond cookies with Ayurvedic spices.

Ingredients for one serving
- 30 almonds (1)
- 6 dried dates
- 2 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 1 pinch of anise (1), cardamom and clove
- Oat milk, gluten-free (1)

preparation
- Mix all ingredients and blend with a small splash of water to create a medium-firm mass.
- Then form 3 large cookies from the dough (it's best to wet your hands a little so it's less sticky) and place them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
- Then let it cool briefly and serve with a glass of cold gluten-free oat milk (1).
