  • 1/2 head of lettuce
  • 1 chicory salad
  • 1/2 pointed pepper
  • 1 small piece of ginger (1)
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • 1 tbsp organic Asian sauce
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (1)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

preparation

  • Wash and chop the lettuce and bell peppers.
  • Meanwhile, toast some sesame seeds in a pan.
  • Make a dressing from grated ginger (1), garlic (1), olive oil, organic Asian sauce and salt.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
