Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 head of lettuce
- 1 chicory salad
- 1/2 pointed pepper
- 1 small piece of ginger (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (1)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt

preparation
- Wash and chop the lettuce and bell peppers.
- Meanwhile, toast some sesame seeds in a pan.
- Make a dressing from grated ginger (1), garlic (1), olive oil, organic Asian sauce and salt.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
