Asian Cucumber Salad

You absolutely have to try this low-histamine Asian cucumber salad! Refreshingly delicious with sesame seeds, organic Asian sauce, and maple syrup.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced ​​thinly 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) acerola juice 
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil (1) 
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) organic Asian sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (1) 
Asian Cucumber Salad

preparation

  • Slice the cucumber into very thin slices using a grater or a knife.
  • Place in a sieve over a bowl and sprinkle the salt over it.
  • Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then gently squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
  • In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with a whisk.
  • Add the salted cucumber and toss everything together well.
  • Serve immediately or allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
