Asian Cucumber Salad
You absolutely have to try this low-histamine Asian cucumber salad! Refreshingly delicious with sesame seeds, organic Asian sauce, and maple syrup.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) acerola juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil (1)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) organic Asian sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (1)

preparation
- Slice the cucumber into very thin slices using a grater or a knife.
- Place in a sieve over a bowl and sprinkle the salt over it.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then gently squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with a whisk.
- Add the salted cucumber and toss everything together well.
- Serve immediately or allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
