Asian Cauliflower Wings
A crispy, delicious, and vegan alternative to chicken wings: Be sure to try these spicy, low-histamine cauliflower wings!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the cauliflower wings
- 130 g spelt flour
- 250 ml water
- Salt
- 100 g spelt breadcrumbs (1)
- 1 head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
For the sauce
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 jar of organic vegetable spread, carrot & beetroot
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- 2 spring onions (1)

preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
- Mix spelt flour, salt and water to form a dough.
- First dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and then cover them with spelt breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and mix it with olive oil, organic vegetable spread , maple syrup, water and organic Asian sauce .
- Mix the baked cauliflower wings with the sauce and serve with spring onions.
