Asian Cauliflower Wings

For the cauliflower wings

  • 130 g spelt flour
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt
  • 100 g spelt breadcrumbs (1)
  • 1 head of cauliflower (cut into florets)

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
  • Mix spelt flour, salt and water to form a dough.
  • First dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and then cover them with spelt breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and mix it with olive oil, organic vegetable spread , maple syrup, water and organic Asian sauce .
  • Mix the baked cauliflower wings with the sauce and serve with spring onions.
