  • Lettuce (here oak leaf lettuce)
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g almonds (1)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tbsp acerola juice
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • Salt

preparation

  • Core the apples and chop them into small pieces together with the lettuce.
  • Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a pan.
  • For the dressing, simply mix the oil with the acerola juice, a little salt, and a crushed garlic clove (1). Arrange everything and enjoy.
