Ingredients for 2 servings
- Lettuce (here oak leaf lettuce)
- 2 apples
- 50 g almonds (1)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp acerola juice
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- Salt

preparation
- Core the apples and chop them into small pieces together with the lettuce.
- Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a pan.
- For the dressing, simply mix the oil with the acerola juice, a little salt, and a crushed garlic clove (1). Arrange everything and enjoy.
