Apple fritters with vanilla sauce
These low-histamine apple fritters with vanilla sauce are crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and absolutely delicious! They can be prepared quickly and easily with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the apple fritters
- 2 apples
- 75 g spelt flour
- 20 ml oat milk (1)
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- ½ pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil for frying
- 5 g icing sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For the sauce
- 1 pack of organic vanilla pudding powder (1)
- 300 ml oat milk (1)

preparation
- Peel, slice, and core the apples.
- Mix flour, oat milk (1), water, applesauce and salt to form a dough.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- Dip the apples in the batter and fry them in a hot pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Mix approximately 6 tablespoons of oat milk (1) with the powder.
- Heat the remaining oat milk (1).
- Stir in powder (1) and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Serve the apple fritters with the vanilla sauce (1).
