Apple and grape jam
Have you ever tried apple jam? This low-histamine recipe is not only very quick to make, but the jam also tastes absolutely delicious!

Preparation time
20 minutes
Ingredients for 3-4 glasses
- 4-6 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 500ml grape juice
- 1 pack of apple pectin
- 50g coconut blossom sugar
- 4 tablespoons acerola juice

preparation
- Sterilize the jars by pouring boiling water over them and then letting them drain.
- Peel, core, and finely dice the apples.
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes at a low temperature.
- Pour the hot jam into jars, screw on the lid and turn upside down.
- Allow to cool overnight
