Apple and cherry puree
This low-histamine apple and cherry puree is super creamy and keeps you full for a long time. Perfect for a quick breakfast!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g white rice flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 100 g sour cherries (frozen)
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 apple

preparation
- Bring the rice flour to a boil together with the water, a pinch of salt, the cherries, a handful of blueberries and the chopped (peeled) apple, then simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Add a little more water if needed.
- Then purée and sweeten with rice syrup. Pour into a bowl and garnish with a few frozen cherries and fresh blueberries.
