Apple Kaiserschmarrn with persim
This low-histamine apple Kaiserschmarrn with persimmon offers a delicious and super filling meal. Perfect for breakfast, a snack – or even as a dessert.

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the Kaiserschmarrn
- 150 g spelt flour
- 250 ml plant milk (1)
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 dates
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1-2 apples
- 30 g butter for frying
As a side dish
- 2 persimmons
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

preparation
- Mix the ingredients for the dough (flour, milk, egg yolk and salt) and let it rest briefly.
- Meanwhile, cut the apple into small pieces and briefly fry them in a pan with butter.
- Then add the batter and chopped dates and fry over low to medium heat on both sides until it has a nice golden brown color.
- Use a spatula to cut the dough into small pieces and fry briefly.
- Chop the persimmon into small pieces, arrange everything on a plate and season with cinnamon.
