Zucchini pizza with a grain base

Cook time

  • Organic Grain Breadmix with water according to instructions, stir well, let it swell for 5 minutes, stir again.
  • Spread the dough on a baking tray and pre-bake at 200 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Brush with Organic Vegetable Sauce, spread zucchini slices on top, season with Organic Herb Salt.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Top with basil, pumpkin seeds and optionally olive oil – and enjoy! 🌱
