0,5 gelbe Zucchini, in feine Scheiben geschnitten
Etwas Bio KräuterSalz (nach Geschmack)
Etwas Basilikum als Topping
Etwas Kürbiskerne
Etwas Olivenöl zum Verfeinern (optional)

Cook time

Organic Grain Breadmix with water according to instructions, stir well, let it swell for 5 minutes, stir again.
Spread the dough on a baking tray and pre-bake at 200 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
Brush with Organic Vegetable Sauce, spread zucchini slices on top, season with Organic Herb Salt.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with basil, pumpkin seeds and optionally olive oil – and enjoy! 🌱
