Zoodles with bell pepper and cream cheese sauce
These low-histamine zoodles with bell pepper and cream cheese sauce are quick to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 pack of gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)
- 200 ml water
- 2-3 sprigs of thyme
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Olive oil
- 1 piece of vegan coconut-based cheese (1)

preparation
- Use a spiralizer to shape the zucchini and steam it in a pot with a little water for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, briefly sauté the bell peppers in a pan with olive oil and then purée them together with some thyme, organic herb salt and the gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with vegan cheese and thyme.
