One-Pot Cauliflower Rice
Easy-peasy! This low-histamine one-pot cauliflower rice is a great alternative to the classic rice dish and can be prepared very easily and quickly in a pan.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 spring onions (1)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 pinch of black cumin
- Fresh coriander
- Fresh Thai basil
- 3 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 300ml water

preparation
- Finely grate the cauliflower, garlic and ginger and fry them in olive oil in a pan.
- Then add the remaining vegetables, turmeric and salt, and deglaze with a little water.
- Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
- Add a little more water if needed.
- Then arrange on a plate and garnish with coriander, some spring onion greens, Thai basil and a dash of organic Asian sauce .
