One-Pot Cauliflower Rice

Easy-peasy! This low-histamine one-pot cauliflower rice is a great alternative to the classic rice dish and can be prepared very easily and quickly in a pan.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 spring onions (1)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 1 pinch of black cumin
  • Fresh coriander
  • Fresh Thai basil
  • 3 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 300ml water
Recipe

preparation

  • Finely grate the cauliflower, garlic and ginger and fry them in olive oil in a pan.
  • Then add the remaining vegetables, turmeric and salt, and deglaze with a little water.
  • Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
  • Add a little more water if needed.
  • Then arrange on a plate and garnish with coriander, some spring onion greens, Thai basil and a dash of organic Asian sauce .

You can use basmati rice instead of cauliflower rice.
